Use with the small-medium sizes (rise settings) - these fit inside the pocket without extra overhang, folding or bunching. Or add as a booster along with a standard size insert for extra absorbency.
Hourglass shape to help get a trim fit and help tuck the nappy better into the underwear line.

Preparation: A regular wash prior to use is always recommended to remove any manufacturing residue. The first 8-10 washes will help the inserts to reach maximum absorbency.
