Sleep better and breath easy by using this soothing balm.  A wonderful, safe and natural alternative to Vicks vapor rub, to provide comfort and help ease cold and flu symptoms and nasal congestion.

Apply onto the palms and the soles of your feet, your chest and back or add 1/4 teaspoon into some hot water to melt and allow the vapour to fill a room before bedtime to help blocked nasal passages. (Please keep out of reach of children.)
