We hate to see you go but if your circumstances have changed or you simply don't find Cheeky Naps is for you - we understand!
That is why you are not tied into any contract or committed for a fixed period if you have selected an ongoing subscription option. If you need to cancel, you can either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or follow the below steps:
- Log into your account on the Chubby Cheeks website;
- Select one of the following options:
- "My Subscriptions" from the right-hand menu (on desktop); OR
- "Your stored cards and subscriptions" in the account dashboard (on desktop or mobile); OR
- "My Subscriptions" in the footer at the bottom of any page on the website under the "My Account" section (on desktop or mobile);
Please note that if you have already paid for a month's box, the box will still be sent out to you.
Cancellations can be made up to the day before your usual billing day. Billing occurs monthly on the same date of the month that you placed your original order on. Cancellations can not be made after this date and will only be canceled from the following month.
(E.g. Your recurring monthly subscription payment is billed on the 20th of August, for the August box. You cancel your subscription on the 25th of August. You will still receive the August box. You will no longer be billed after this.)
Prepaid subscriptions are not able to be canceled. Orders will continue to be sent each month for the duration of the number of months that have been prepaid. After this period no further boxes will be sent unless an additional subscription is purchased.
