Approximate size guidelines. 18-24 months 11-13kgs, 2-3 years 13-16kgs and 3+ years for 16kg and up. Try to get the smaller size to ensure a good fit/seal around the legs for your child. These do have a stretchy waistband. A nappy insert can be inserted for extra protection if children are just starting out and may 'let go' rather than just having a wee accident.
